At Zoneefy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at zoneefy@commerx.shop within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Zoneefy is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or full refund if approved.


5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7 business days

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or color, please return the item and place a new order.
